About Seb Twaddell

Seb Twaddell, a towering 6’7” athlete from the Gold Coast, Australia, is redefining the limits of speed and power in the world of long drive. At just 24 years old and weighing 260 lbs, Seb has taken the sport by storm, shattering records and proving what’s possible with a relentless work ethic and a meticulously crafted training regimen.

Early Beginnings: From Golf to Greatness

Seb’s journey began as a talented amateur golfer, competing at a high level across Australia and on international stages, including an event in Abu Dhabi. With a handicap of +4 and an on-course average club speed of 133 mph (equating to a staggering 350-yard driving average), Seb’s potential for power was evident early on. His final tournament as a golfer was at the TPS Sydney event, part of the Australasian Tour, held at Bonnie Doon Golf Club.

But destiny had other plans. Just days after the tournament, Seb decided to test his limits during a casual speed session at the Trackman Simulator where he worked. Swinging a Callaway head fitted with a 4X long drive shaft, he unleashed a club speed of 148.8 mph and a ball speed of 211.3 mph—numbers that ranked him among the fastest in the world, even without formal training.

This pivotal moment sparked a bold decision: to commit entirely to the sport of long drive and chase the title of the fastest and most dominant long driver in the world.

Breaking Through: The Path to Records and Recognition

In just six months of after-hours training, Seb flew to Las Vegas to compete in his first Long Drive World Championships, finishing an impressive T25th. Shortly after, while training with his friend Matt Stubbs and coach Craig Parker on the Gold Coast, Seb smashed his personal bests, reaching a ball speed of 229 mph. Inspired by his rapid progress, Seb canceled his flight home, moved in with Matt, and began training full-time alongside his team, which included world-renowned mental coach Bradley Charles Stubbs.

With this elite support system, Seb broke through the 230 mph ball speed barrier and achieved a club speed of 158.8 mph. This progress carried him to his first event on the World Long Drive Tour, where he finished T9th.

Seb’s breakthrough season saw him redefine the limits of human performance:

📍After early challenges, Seb claimed 2nd place in Germany and secured his first victory at Event 3 of the World Long Drive Tour in Las Vegas.

📍 Consistently finished in the top 9 and top 5 across the season, despite battling a back injury at the World Championships in Atlanta.

The Ultimate Comeback

Seb’s 2024 season was derailed by visa issues that barred him from competing in the U.S., but this setback became the catalyst for an unprecedented comeback. Refusing to dwell on the disappointment, Seb and his team designed an intensive training program that would make him stronger, faster, and more efficient than ever before.

On December 31, 2024, Seb set a personal best with a ball speed of 246.8 mph, breaking his own world record and proving that his time away from competition had been anything but wasted.

The Fast AF Protocol: Built for Records

Seb attributes much of his record-breaking success to the Fast AF Training Protocol, a revolutionary program designed to unlock the full potential of athletes. The program consists of two key phases:

  1. Strong AF Phase: Building a body capable of generating immense power through strength and hypertrophy training.

  2. Fast AF Phase: Translating that newfound power into explosive speed with plyometric exercises and advanced speed techniques.

These phases not only enabled Seb to break multiple world records but have also set the standard for athletes seeking to dominate their sport.

Partnerships and World-Class Support

Seb’s success is supported by industry-leading brands and experts:

🔥Sponsors: Callaway Golf Australia, Adidas Golf Australia, and Musashi Nutrition.

🔥 Coaching Team: Craig Parker (swing and performance coach), Bradley Charles Stubbs (mental coach), and Fast AF Training.

What’s Next?

With his sights set on the 2025 World Long Drive season, Seb is ready to return to the grid stronger than ever. His lethal combination of speed, power, and precision—honed through the Fast AF Protocol—positions him as a favorite to dominate the tour and continue rewriting the record books.

“The exciting thing is, I’m only just getting started,” Seb says. “Club and ball speed records will continue to soar, changing what people thought was possible in this sport.”

Seb Twaddell isn’t just an athlete—he’s a force of nature, pushing the boundaries of human performance and inspiring a new generation of athletes to chase their own limits.
